History
Omid and Pedram—two lifelong friends with a shared love for great food—decided to turn their passion into something delicious on wheels. With years of experience working in kitchens across the U.S., they knew one thing for sure: nothing hits the spot like a juicy Philly cheesesteak or a perfectly grilled burger.
Both had a knack for crafting flavorful sandwiches, especially when it came to beef and chicken. So they teamed up, fired up the grill, and set out to bring their version of America’s favorite comfort food to the streets. The result? A food truck built on friendship, flavor, and a serious love for steak and sandwiches
